The *submission deadline *for the main track is on *February 10th*.

Call for papers - IEEE Computer Society Annual Symposium on VLSI (ISVLSI
2025), 6 – 9th July 2025, Kalamata (Greece)

Dear Colleague,

The organizing committee is pleased to invite submissions for the upcoming
ISVLSI 2025 on emerging trends and novel ideas/concepts in the area of
VLSI, taking place on *July, 6th – 9th , 2025* in *Kalamata, Greece* (at Elite
City Resort).  ISVLSI 2025 is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society.

●     Submission Deadline: February 10th, 2025

●     Acceptance notification: May 20th, 2025

●     Submission of Final Version: May 30th, 2025

Apart from the *main conference track*, authors can also submit papers in
the following conference *satellite sessions*: Special sessions, Quantum
workshop, Industry Forum Student research forum, Research Demo session,
Collaborative research projects session.  For the submission deadlines of
the satellite sessions, please check the “Paper submission

Papers are encouraged to target one of the following program tracks:

·        Circuits, Reliability, and Fault-Tolerance (CRT)

·        Computer-Aided Design and Verification (CAD)

·        Digital Circuits and FPGA based Designs (DCF)

·        Emerging and Post-CMOS Technologies (EPT)

·        System Design and Security (SDS)

·        VLSI for Applied and Future Computing (AFC)


*Author Guidelines*

Authors are invited to submit full-length (6 pages maximum), original,
unpublished papers along with an abstract of at most 200 words. Previously
published papers or papers currently under review for other
conferences/journals should NOT be submitted and will not be considered. To
enable *blind review*, the author list should be omitted from the main
document. The *manuscript as a single PDF* is to be submitted online
via* Easychair

Manuscript *Template *for Conference Proceedings should be used, which can
be found here <https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html>.

*Selected papers from ISVLSI 2025 (from the main track and special
sessions) will be invited for submission to special issues on  IEEE
Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems
<https://ieee-cas.org/publication/tvlsi> and ACM Journal on Emerging
Technologies in Computing Systems <https://dl.acm.org/journal/jetc>. The
selection process is based on reviewers' feedback and quality of conference
presentation.*
